Hello! I recently had a great experience at the Southwest Airlines JFK Terminal. From the point of check-in to boarding, the process was seamless and traveler-friendly. My parents and I were traveling together, and we were all impressed with how patient and courteous the staff was—particularly while boarding. The seating area around the gate was tidy, with coffee shops and restrooms nearby. I loved how easy it was to get around, even for a non-veteran JFK flyer.
