Hi, My recent flight from the Southwest Airlines SJC Terminal was great from beginning to end. Check-in at Terminal B was amazingly efficient. I printed my boarding pass and baggage tags using one of the self-service kiosks in a matter of minutes. When I had a brief question about my bags, a Southwest agent intervened with a smile and good guidance. Security lines were fast, particularly with TSA PreCheck, and I liked how tidy and new the terminal was. The gates were simple to locate, and there were plenty of charging outlets to keep my devices charged while waiting. The whole experience was laid-back and stress-free, thanks in great part to the courtesy of Southwest employees at San Jose. I'll use this terminal happily again — it's efficient, well-kept, and provides just what travelers require. Very highly recommended for anyone traveling Southwest out of San Jose!
