I recently visited the Spirit Airlines Austin Office with my husband and small dog to reserve our flight. It was a really nice experience. The employees greeted us with smiles and were extremely professional. They even treated our dog with a small treat, which made us incredibly happy! The staff member at the counter explained the costs, baggage restrictions, and even informed us about the discounts. It was all understandable, and we were not in a hurry. The office was clean and simple to locate. We had no issues whatsoever. It's wonderful to have an office where we can speak with actual people who care.  I highly recommend Spirit Airlines Austin Office to everyone for exceptional services.
